Acontece nesse sábado, 19, das 12h às 15h, o Ice Festival, evento que traz as impressionantes esculturas de gelo criadas pelo premiado Okamoto Studio, de Long Island City, formado por pai e filho.
O festival acontece no Belvedere Castle, um centro de ciências no Central Park, NY. Enquanto degustam um bom chocolate quente, os interessados na geologia do Central Park poderão fazer um tour com Sidney Horestein, aclamado geologista do Museu de História Natural e voluntário do Central Park Conservancy.
O passeio será focado em como a Idade do Gelo esculpiu a topografia do parque em Manhattan.

Saturday, January 19, noon to 15:00, check out impressionates ICE SCULPUTURES created by award-winning OKAMOTO STUDIO, a famous father and son duo based in Long Island City.
The Ice Festival will be at Belvedere Castle, a science center in the middle of Central Park. Hot chocolate will be served to the public. Anyone interested in the history of geology from Central Park, you can take a tour with Sidney Horestein, acclaimed geologist Museum of Natural History and Central Park Conservancy volunteer.
This tour will focus on how the Ice Age shaped the topography of Central Park, Manhattan
